Our photographers are part-time seasonal team members responsible for capturing high-quality images at sports leagues photo days. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy working in energetic environments and creating memorable experiences. Photographers receive paid training. No professional photography experience is required.

Essential Job Functions

Capture high-quality imagesCreate a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for athletes and coachesSet up, test, and maintain photography equipment before each sessionWork collaboratively with team membersParticipate in ongoing training and skill developmentEssential Driving Requirements

This position requires regular and frequent travel to schools and sports complexes. Photographers are expected to drive personal vehicles as part of this role.Drive lawfully and safely using personal vehiclesValid state driver’s licenseValid automobile insuranceScheduling Expectations

Availability for early mornings into the afternoon on weekends, and late afternoon/evenings during the weekWeekly hours will vary based on schedule and business needsJob Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and out of high schoolHigh School diploma or equivalentMust pass a satisfactory background checkMust own a DSLR or Mirrorless cameraMust own a lens 28mm-105mm is optimal but we can work with other sizesMust own a sturdy tripodMust own an external FlashAble to work well within a team setting and independentlyAmazing customer service and communication skillsCoachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality outputPhysical Requirements and Environmental Factors

This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting equipment up to 30 lbs.Able to bend or stoopWork indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.Able to read, write and speak in EnglishAble to verbally communicate with customers and team membersTeam members must be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environmentsJob will begin on August 8th.
