Photographer (equity-based role, tech startup, remote)

This role is ideal for someone who can own the full process — from planning and coordination to shooting and file delivery — with a strong eye for clean, consistent imagery. Responsibilities Plan and execute on-location photo shoots across multiple retail environmentsTravel to shoot locations (up to ~40 miles each way)Coordinate logistics independently, including scheduling and any necessary permissionsSource and manage a production assistant (as needed)Capture clean, consistent images of individual items in an outdoor retail settingShoot both:Full-frame vertical shots (entire subject in frame)Detail shots (texture, color, close-up features)Maintain consistent shooting style across large volumes of imagesAccurately name and organize files according to provided structureUpload and deliver final image sets We are offering a unique opportunity to be compensated in the form of company equity, with the potential for hourly compensation as the role evolves.
