Key Skills and Qualifications: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated photographer to join our team as a part-time photographer in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of high-quality photography work, preferably in the real estate industry. They should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently. About the Position: This is a part-time position that requires working 10-20 hours per week, depending on location and business needs. Responsibilities: • Capture high-quality still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360 virtual tours, drone photography & videos, and social media videos for for-sale or for-rent properties • Work closely with clients to understand their specific photography needs and expectations • Utilize advanced photography techniques and equipment to showcase the unique features and aesthetics of each property • Manage and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and accessories • Organize and upload captured media for post-processing
