Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, part of the University of Miami Health System, is recognized as the nation’s top institution for ophthalmology by U.News & World Report and Ophthalmology Times. Serving as the Department of Ophthalmology for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, it is the largest ophthalmic care, research, and educational facility in the southeastern United States. The Ophthalmic Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality medical images, including fundus photography and other ophthalmic imaging procedures, to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to imaging protocols and standards.
