Provide on-set leadership and direction to the photography team and cross-functional partners, establishing workflows and daily work plans on the studio floor. Independently review and evaluate visual content against client style guides, technical specifications, and creative direction to ensure flawless execution before post-production. Set up, operate, adjust, and break down professional camera, lighting, grip, and computer equipment safely and effectively. 5-7 years of experience in professional e-commerce or commercial photography Strong professional portfolio demonstrating commercial photography experience Confidence independently directing sets, managing on-set workflows, and mentoring team members High attention to detail with a focus on client style guides, consistency, and efficiency Ability to work quickly, problem-solve on the fly, and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills to collaborate smoothly with clients, coworkers, and production partners
