Set up, operate, adjust, and break down professional camera, lighting, grip, and computer equipment safely and effectively. 5-7 years of experience in professional e-commerce or commercial photography Strong professional portfolio demonstrating commercial photography experience Confidence independently directing sets, managing on-set workflows, and mentoring team members High attention to detail with a focus on client style guides, consistency, and efficiency Ability to work quickly, problem-solve on the fly, and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills to collaborate smoothly with clients, coworkers, and production partners Ability to stand and work on a studio floor for extended periods Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs Ability to work in low-light environments with frequent lighting changes Ability to move throughout studio and warehouse spaces.
