If you’re confident, excel in connecting with people, and have a knack for sales, we’d love to have you on our team.Responsibilities:Schedule same-day mini-photo sessions (15 minutes each).Pose and handle newborns and edit photos on-site.Present photography packages, handle orders, and close sales.What You Bring:Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.Experience in sales is a plus.Creativity and a passion for photography.Family photography experience is preferred.Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic.Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 20 lbs of equipment.Equipment Required:DSLR or Mirrorless Camera with 18 MP or higher (no phone cameras).Portrait lens with a fixed aperture preferred (F1.8 or F2.8).Laptop with at least 513 GB storage and 16 GB memory.Speedlite (external flash).Schedule:Part-time: 2-3 days a week (including one weekend day).Compensation Package:Hourly plus Commission, Tips, and Bonuses: guaranteed $15 per hour, plus 20% of all sales, 100% of all tips, and opportunities for bonusesSales Bonuses: Additional incentives based on performanceTips: You keep 100% of your tips401k eligibilityDiscounts on travel and entertainment.Hourly pay during training and continuous professional development.$250 Onboarding Bonus (if applicable).Increased holiday pay and equipment reimbursementWho We Are: We specialize in capturing the natural beauty of newborns and their families through professional-grade hospital baby portraiture. *Are you 18 years of age or older?
