Creating premier experiences for our customers is how CADY photographers capture memorable moments in high school students’ lives.Top 5 ResponsibilitiesProvide concierge level service to our studio and school customersExhibit strong soft skills in delivering a positive, unforgettable experience for each customerUse CADY owned photography equipment and trained expertise to capture CADY standard quality photosTravel and work offsite as needed for events or specific session types as assigned within a variable scheduling modelFollow internal procedures and process to ensure accurate and timely processing of imagesAdditional ResponsibilitiesTest equipment and analyze event or session details prior to use to prepare for successful execution of the event or sessionCommitting to and upholding CADY quality standardsParticipate in ongoing training as per individual, team, or business specific needsTransport CADY photography equipment to event locations as neededCollaborate with team members to uphold a supportive and cooperative work environment, contributing to a positive work team cultureOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by management teamJob RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalentMust pass a satisfactory background checkAble to work well within a team setting and independentlyAmazing customer service and communication skillsWilling and able to travel to all school events and studios within a given territoryMust have reliable transportationCoachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality outputPhysical Requirements and Environmental FactorsAble to walk or move inside or outside for more than 6 consecutive hoursAble to work in outdoor weather as neededAble to ascend or descend a ladderAble to read and write in EnglishAble to verbally communicate with customers and team membersSignificant noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., busy retail environment with camera flashes, music, and sometimes crowded area)Able to interstate travel as needed by car or planeAble to move up to 40 lbsAble to bend or stoop.Qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
