The business photographs high volume sports and dance along with high school seniors, families and headshots in the Richmond, Virginia area. Job Summary The Photographer will work directly with the owner to photograph children ages 3-18 in sports and/or dance. You must either include your website or Instagram handle. Responsibilities Manage and execute photography sessions as scheduled Maintain a premier customer experience for all participants Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills Qualifications Experience and proficiency using DSLR or Mirrorless camera Excellent communication & organization skills Positive attitude and a strong ability to build relationships Ability to work a varied schedule including some afternoons, nights and weekends Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check Measures of Success High quality of photos Positive feedback from clients, organizations and studios Consistent punctuality and dependability Each franchised location is independently owned and operated and is solely and exclusively responsible for determining local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
