Photographer (June 8th or June 9th)

We are seeking an experienced Event Photographer to provide full-day coverage for a high-profile, single day event on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has a strong background in event photography and/or photojournalism, is comfortable working in secure or government environments, and can deliver both rapid raw files and polished final selects. ### Responsibilities - Capture comprehensive event coverage, including speakers, attendees, candid moments, and key interactions - Follow a detailed shot list and schedule provided in advance - Coordinate on-site with a designated contact from our DC office - Work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment - Cull images to remove test shots and duplicates before final delivery - Perform basic post-processing on selected images, including: - White balance - Color correction - Straightening ### Additional Details - A detailed shot list, schedule, and onsite contact will be provided - Exact event date (June 8 or June 9) to be confirmed - Pricing to be discussed; candidates should be prepared to share a general day rate range In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
