One of our clients in the Sacramento, CA area is hiring for a full-time Photo Operations Manager to manage a team of field photographers.You must live in the area already; they are not open to relocation candidates.Salary range: $120,000 – $132,000. There is also annual bonus potential of around 10%.You’ll lead a dynamic team of up to 10 full-time photographers for certain brands. This role blends leadership, technical proficiency, and exceptional customer service. You will be ensuring appointment deadlines and quality standards are met, and you’ll collaborate closely with clients, sales, logistics, and the broader photography department.
