We’re growing our Buffalo team — and we’re looking for warm, compassionate photographers who want to make a meaningful difference. What You’ll Do • Photograph newborns, families, and parents in the hospital setting • Create a calm, supportive, positive photo experience • Edit images using Lightroom • Guide families through viewing and ordering their images • Represent Bella Baby with warmth, professionalism, and care • Compensation & Schedule • Commission-based pay structure • Tiered sign-on bonus: • $100 after in-hospital training is completed • $500 after your first month • $1,000 after 90 days • Flexible 2–3 day/week schedule, including weekends • Opportunity to grow your portfolio & skillset in a supported environment What We Provide • All photography equipment provided • Comprehensive training + ongoing professional development • Mentorship and guidance for hospital workflow & family interaction • A supportive team that wants you to succeed
