Maintaining compliance with the specifications and quality standards of the company and brand.Troubleshooting technical and photographic equipment as well as concerns with image quality.Contributing to the creation or improvement of content management applications and processes.Implementing professional photography standards and techniques such as selecting an appropriate depth of field, utilizing the most appropriate orientation for the assigned scene or subject, attracting attention to products through an effective use of light, utilizing front and central placement to draw attention to products, selecting camera angles that highlight the best features of products (in accordance with style guides), utilizing negative space to draw attention to products, and when appropriate, using differential focus to make products stand out from backgrounds.Bringing ideas and solutions proactively to the business and team members that will influence content outcomes.Adapting to competing demands and organizational changes with new responsibilities.Actively listening to others, seeking constructive feedback, and providing ideas or recommendations on processes.Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
