Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced freelance event photographer to capture a dynamic, community-focused live event. The event will take place on July 23rd in Denver and requires about 2 hours of coverage plus some light retouching after.
### Responsibilities
- Capture candid moments of attendees throughout the event.
- Photograph key program elements including prepared remarks and a panel discussion.
- Document the overall atmosphere, energy, and attendee experience.
- Deliver a mix of wide, medium, and close-up shots that reflect authentic engagement.
- Collaborate with the on-site point of contact to ensure key moments are covered via shot list.
### Qualifications
- Proven experience photographing live events, activations, or community-focused programming.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating candid, journalistic-style photography.
- Ability to work in changing and low-light conditions without disrupting the environment.
- Skilled in capturing natural, unposed moments while also directing light group shots as needed.
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience working at outdoor venues or locations with variable lighting.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
