Photographer - Property Inspector (Contractor)

We are seeking a Photographer/Property Inspector for the Metro Savannah, GA area. In this position, you will take pictures of the interior and exterior of a property and follow the guidelines that the company will provide you with. PropertyForce, and its family of brands, have provided real estate solutions for more than 16 years. We provide investors the opportunity to buy off-market properties below market value. Independent contractor 1099 position Part-time income (as needed) $90 per property inspection (within 20 miles) Additional gas reimbursement for traveling over 20 miles REQUIREMENTS NEEDED: Own a smart phone with a working camera (10 megapixels or better) Access to a printer Reliable transportation in order to do same day requests Attention to detail Be comfortable with travel throughout your metro area Must be willing to enter distressed properties Run errands as needed (be compensated for time/gas) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills WHAT YOU WILL DO: Travel in metro area of where you are located Take photos of the interior and exterior of homes Follow checklist and guidelines on what specifically to photograph, taking notes according to the guidelines Upload checklist, photos, and any other necessary items to Dropbox Arrive on time for your scheduled inspection Communicate any issues that may arise directly with our Transaction Team PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY .
