Sugarfina is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Photographer & Retoucher to join our team on a part-time temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about product photography and post-production, with experience in a high-volume ecommerce & campaign studio. This position will focus heavily on Ecommerce shooting and photo retouching and will play a key role in supporting the creative team in product launches and marketing campaigns.
This role reports to our Los Angeles office near Howard Hughes Center.
Responsibilities:
Shoot and retouch all ecommerce photography for upcoming product launches, ensuring alignment with Sugarfina brand guidelines.Assist in the retouching of lifestyle campaign imagery for digital and print use.Maintain file organization and asset management for photography deliverables.Support the Manager of Photography as needed during lifestyle campaign photoshoots, including setup and behind-the-scenes assistance.Follow production schedules and deadlines and take direction from the Manager of Photography and Studio Operations.
Qualifications:
B.A. or B.F.A. in photography or equivalent.2-3 years of experience in photography, photo editing, & studio productionHigh proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and LightroomProficiency in Adobe After Effects is a plusProficiency with studio lighting equipment and Canon camera systemsFamiliarity with Asana or similar project management softwareStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standardsAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, take direction and work both independently and collaborativelyComfortable commuting to Westchester, CA 4 days a week
