Position: Part-Time / Freelance / Project-Based We're looking for a talented photographer and content creator to embed with our construction team on two active job sites in Oakland. From dramatic drone footage of key construction milestones to candid interviews with the people building the future of housing, you'll be the eye on the ground that brings our work to life. Minimum Skills • Aerial drone operation and flight planning • Video and photo editing (color grading, cutting for social formats) • Short-form video content creation (Reels, Shorts, clips) • Interviewing and directing non-professional subjects on camera Conditions • Compensation: $3,000 - $4,000 / month • Accommodation: (If needed) Provided in Oakland for the duration of the engagement • Travel: (If needed) Round-trip flights to and from Oakland covered
