We’re hiring a dependable, friendly, and self-motivated team member to join our growing real estate media company serving the Dallas area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, driving locally, meeting new people, and learning creative technical skills. While some photography familiarity is helpful, this role is perfect for someone who is coachable, reliable, and excited to learn.

This position averages around 30 hours per week, with most work scheduled later in the week (Wednesday-Friday) and occasional weekends when needed.
What You’ll Do
Travel locally to residential properties throughout the Dallas area for scheduled media appointmentsCapture interior and exterior real estate photos using our simple shot listRepresent our company professionally with agents and homeownersUpload photo files after each shoot (no editing required)Learn additional services such as drone photography and real estate video as you grow in the roleDrive throughout the Dallas / North Dallas metro area for shoots
What We’re Looking For
Friendly and professional communicator who enjoys working with peopleStrong reliability and ability to work independentlyGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailReliable vehicle and valid driver’s licenseBasic familiarity with photography or videography is helpfulAvailable primarily during weekdays, with heavier scheduling later in the week
Compensation & Growth
Paid training at $25/hr while learning the roleAfter drone certification and working independently: $30/hrAfter video certification: $35/hrMileage reimbursement at $0.30 per mile driven
