Essential Responsibilities

Photography / Videography

Capture high-quality on-the-job photos and video content for assigned clientsTravel to client offices and job sites throughout Northern New EnglandEdit and organize photo and video content, then upload completed assets to our internal databaseDeliver engaging visual content that accurately reflects each client's brand and supports their marketing goalsCommunicate professionally and effectively with clients throughout the content creation processCollaborate with Social Media Managers to support content planning, branding, and overall content strategiesPlan, manage, and maintain Mighty Media Solutions’ social media presence, including developing content ideas, creating and scheduling posts, and ensuring content aligns with the company’s brand and overall marketing strategyExperience & Skills Required

1+ year of photography and videography experienceExperience creating content for businesses, brands, or marketing purposes is preferredComfortable operating professional camera equipment, including gimbals, microphones, and other production equipmentExperience with Sony camera equipment is a plusProficiency in Adobe Lightroom or similar photo editing softwareStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a teamA creative eye and genuine passion for visual storytellingRequirements

Must reside in New HampshireMust have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable traveling to client locations throughout Northern New EnglandMust provide your own laptop/computerAbility to work around client schedules and accommodate varying shoot timesMust be reliable, professional, and comfortable representing Mighty Media Solutions when working directly with clientsThink you've got the skills and creativity to make an impact?
