Company Description Okada & Company is a New York City–based commercial real estate investment and brokerage firm focused on properties in Midtown and Midtown South Manhattan. The Photographer / Videographer will capture high-quality listing photos, video tours, and short-form content suitable for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating shoot schedules, scouting locations, setting up lighting and equipment, shooting stills and video, and organizing and backing up all media files. The role also includes editing photos and videos, preparing final deliverables in multiple formats, and collaborating with the brokerage and marketing team to align visual content with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Strong photography skills, including property, architectural, and interior photography; ability to compose, light, and capture high-quality images.Experience with videography, including shooting stabilized walk-throughs, property tours, and short marketing videos.Proficiency with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).Comfort operating professional cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lighting equipment, and related gear.Understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and marketing principles to create compelling content for listings and social media.Strong organizational skills for managing files, naming conventions, and delivery timelines; attention to detail and consistency.Ability to work on-site in various building environments, including occasional early morning or evening shoots as needed.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with brokers, owners, and marketing staff.Relevant experience in real estate, architecture, or commercial photography/videography is preferred.Portfolio demonstrating photography and videography work; formal education in photography, film, or related field is a plus but not required.
