Job Description

Innovative Design Centers is looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Photographer & Videographer to join our team.This role focuses on capturing high-quality photography and video of residential and commercial projects, real estate listings, completed interiors, new builds, and behind-the-scenes work. Working closely with our marketing team, the successful candidate will produce professional visual content for websites, social media, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Photograph completed residential and commercial projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, and interior spaces.Capture professional real estate listing photography and video, including interior and exterior property footage.Capture active job sites, installations, construction progress, and behind-the-scenes work.Capture aerial photography and video using drone equipment, where qualified.Edit photography and video for websites, social media, and other marketing materials.Follow established shoot schedules, shot lists, and creative direction provided by the marketing team.Organize, upload, and deliver edited photos and video footage within agreed timelines.Communicate availability, progress, and scheduling conflicts in a timely manner.Qualifications

Experience in professional photography and videography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both.Experience in architectural, interior, or real estate photography is an asset.Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.Transport Canada drone pilot certificate is an asset.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
