Position: Photographer / Coordinator Photographer / CoordinatorWe are seeking a Brand Photographer to join our Advertising Team and assist in creating content that communicates Jerry's Brand to our Home Improvement Project customers. The ideal candidate understands the importance of visual consistency, has a strong eye for detail, and is excited immerse themselves in Jerry's Brand Story.The JobCollaborate with advertising and creative teams on concepts and directionPlan and direct photoshoots that reflect Brand aesthetic and goalsTypes of photography to include: Product, Team and headshot photography, Event and in-store photography, as well as Brand contentManage photo libraries and digital assets of 15,000+ images with 100% accuracy for ongoing useWork with vendors to obtain product images and logosEdit and retouch photos to maintain a consistent Brand identity across digital and print channelsOversee post-production processes, including editing and color grading, to achieve a polished, cohesive lookSupport additional content creation needs as Jerry's Brand evolvesRequirementsProven experience as a photographer (portfolio required)Strong understanding of lighting, composition and editing techniquesAbility to translate Brand guidelines into visual storytellingStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with studio shootsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and LightroomNice to HaveSome InDesign experienceExperience working with brandsFamiliarity with social media content trendsVideography skillsScheduleScheduled 40-45 hours a week, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed for special projectsMonday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmLocation & CompensationPosition will work and travel between Eugene and Springfield locationsYearly pay range $50,000 - $65,000 based on experienceBenefits available to all Team Members after meeting eligibility requirementsIncludes Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off, 401(k), Employee Stock Ownership Program, and a great Team Member store discountJerry's Home Improvement Center is a substance-free work environment and an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
