Our photography studio is in Portland and this role is hybrid: some in-person work is required on a regular basis, and most of the team works in person most of the time while maintaining flexibility to be at home when needed. • Execute studio (artificially lit) photography in daylong shoots that fulfills the client’s vision. Graphic Design: • Design emails, ads and other odds and ends as needed for 1O8’s ongoing workload and internal marketing needs • Adjust external documents and presentations to be more polished as needed. • Intermediate graphic design proficiency using Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator • Strong grammar and punctuation skills • Ability to work in a very small team, where every day is a little different, and everyone pitches in outside their job description from time to time • Attention to detail • Ability to convey complex schedules, contingencies and details in writing.
