We are seeking highly skilled artistic photographers and editors who can create shareable and exciting content for television, social media, and mobile. Produce news stories that are unique and captivating. 5-7 years of photojournalism experience Knowledge of non-linear editing systems, Edius experience a plus Proven ability to generate creative, engaging, content-driven live shots SNG experience a plus Live Center/ENG coordination experience a plus Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects a plus Demonstrated news judgment with an understanding of the tenets of professional journalism Organizational skills and the ability to work under constant time pressure deadlines Ability to calmly handle live, breaking news situations and changing events Must be team-oriented, have a positive attitude, and be a problem solver Must be flexible with schedule, reliable and dependable Our 401(k) program offers full, part-time and temporary employees the opportunity to contribute 1% - 80% of their pay on a pre-tax basis to TEGNA’s 401(k).
