High Volume Photographer, Poser & Coordinator

Our company is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, energetic, and people-focused team members to join our school photography team.

We are a local, family-owned school photography company that partners with schools across the Las Vegas area to create a smooth, positive, and enjoyable picture day experience. We believe school portraits should be more than just “Say Cheese, Click, Repeat...” and our team works together to create a modern, organized, and customer-focused experience for every school and family we serve.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, being part of a fast-paced team environment, and helping create memorable experiences for schools and families. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

Whether you’re photographing students, helping pose subjects, assisting with customer service, or supporting picture day operations, every team member plays an important role in creating a successful and enjoyable experience for our schools and families.

Responsibilities

On-site school photographyOn-location photography eventsPhotograph students and staff at schools throughout the Las Vegas areaPose and guide students to capture natural, high-quality portraitsAssist with coordinating photography flow and maintaining an organized picture dayStudio portraitureCustomer service duties including signing customers in and answering emails, texts, and phone callsWork closely with team members to ensure efficient and professional serviceOther duties as assignedQualifications

Photography experience is recommended, but not required — paid training providedComfortable working with children and teensEnjoys being in school settingsEnergetic, positive, punctual, and professional attitudeStrong communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to be cross-trained in multiple positionsComfortable working early morningsMust have reliable transportationMust be able to travel throughout the Las Vegas area for workAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
