Photographers Assistant

Showtime Pictures is a photography company based in Miami, Florida. We are bold and collaborative, always striving to achieve our business goals. We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to help create an exceptional customer experience and maintain orderliness on a daily basis. You will contribute to the production strategy by understanding business objectives and how to achieve them. Responsibilities: • Assign tasks to employees and monitor their progress • E nsure daily sales/production targets are met • Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits • Train and integrate new workers into the team • Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed • Ensure adherence to industry rules and regulations • Handle customer and employee complaints professionally • Resolve conflicts between employees • Manage daily schedules and employee shifts efficiently • Transfer products and other objects to and from the worksite as required Requirements: • Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role is essential • A thorough understanding of industry safety standards is mandatory • Proficiency in basic software, such as Word and Excel, is required • The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads occasionally • Excellent teamwork and communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong leadership and conflict-management skills • A High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is desirable Work Details: • Job Type: Full-time • Salary: $20 per hour • Experience level: 2 years • Shifts: 10 hour shift and 8 hour shift • Weekly work days: Monday to Friday • Weekend availability: Yes • Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) • Experience: Sales Experience: 5 years (Preferred), Supervising: 2 years (Required) • License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) • Shift availability: Day Shift (Required), Night Shift (Preferred) • Work Location: In person
