Photographers Assistant/Sales Associate

- Engage subject to encourage natural expressions and smiles - Help with organizing and maintaining photography equipment and studio space - Assist in editing and retouching photos using software such as Adobe Creative Suite - Collaborate with the photographer on art direction and creative concepts for photoshoots - Assist in photo manipulation and color management to ensure high-quality images - Support the photographer during photoshoots by managing equipment, adjusting lighting, and ensuring a smooth workflow - Help with sales and marketing efforts by promoting photography services and assisting with client inquiries in office and on site Qualifications: - Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom, for photo editing and retouching - Familiarity with photography techniques and equipment is preferred - Strong artistic sense and understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the photographer and clients - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Previous experience or education in photography, art, journalism, or a related field is desirable, but not required. The photographer's assistant will be required to work on-site at various locations as needed. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Weekends as needed
