Pacific Plumbing LLC is looking for a highly motivated Photographer / Videographer to join our growing team. We are looking for a hardworking go-getter who can think independently, take ownership of projects, and help build a strong media presence across social media, advertising, and commercial marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities Include:

Capturing high-quality photos and videos of plumbing projects, job sites, technicians, and company operationsCreating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and marketing campaignsEditing video content for social media and advertisingAssisting with branding, creative direction, and marketing ideasTraveling to various job sites throughout Southern CaliforniaProducing before-and-after project contentHelping document emergency response and commercial projects in real timeWhat We’re Looking For:

Strong work ethic and self-motivationCreative mindset with attention to detailAbility to work in fast-paced environmentsSomeone who takes initiative instead of waiting for direction every step of the wayExperience with photography, videography, editing software, and social media content creationReliable transportation and flexibility with schedulingComfortable working around construction and plumbing job sitesCapture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal communicationsEdit and enhance visual content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After EffectsManage all aspects of post-production including color correction, sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects to ensure polished final productsCollaborate with creative teams to plan shoots, develop concepts, and execute visual storytelling strategiesOperate professional filming equipment including cameras, lighting setups, and stabilizers to achieve optimal resultsMaintain an organized archive of all media assets for easy access and future useStay updated on current trends in photography and videography to continuously improve content qualityWhy This Opportunity Is Different:

Proven experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projectsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom), Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and related editing toolsSolid understanding of video production workflows from filming to post-productionAbility to operate professional camera equipment and lighting gear effectivelyStrong eye for composition, lighting, color grading, and visual storytelling techniquesExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA proactive attitude with a passion for creativity and innovation in visual mediaPay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
