We are seeking a passionate, part-time Photographer/Videographer to capture our dance clients on-site and produce compelling visual content that reflects our brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Capture

Photograph dance performances, capturing beauty, strength, and grace across all ages and skill levels.
Shoot dynamic video of live dance events and behind the scenes activity
Capture behind-the-scenes video content and reels during on-site photoshoots.
Assist in setting up and managing photo and video sessions, including lighting and equipment.
Curate styled shoots (mood boards, sourcing wardrobe/props, etc.) and help develop creative new session offerings.

Collaboration & Handoff

Deliver organized, properly captured raw files ready for the editing team.
Coordinate scheduling and location access for video and photo sessions.
Champion the company's mission by capturing content that uplifts and celebrates the beauty, strength, and grace of our dance clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio demonstrating strong composition and ability to capture in low light.
Basic editing familiarity (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple sessions and locations.
Reliable transportation and availability for on-site shoots in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro.
Familiarity with dance photography or the performing arts is a bonus but not required.
Candidates must be available Tuesday through Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, and on Saturdays for on-site shoots. While on-site work is not scheduled daily, availability during these hours is required to accommodate shoots as they arise.
