About the Position
Minion Works is a growing real estate media company serving Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe, and the surrounding Northern Nevada area. We’re looking to add a dependable and professional Part-Time Real Estate Photographer to our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys photography, working independently, being on the road, and interacting professionally with real estate agents and homeowners.

Photography and drone equipment can be provided, so owning your own professional equipment is not required.

Responsibilities

Photograph residential real estate properties
Capture aerial photos and video using a drone
Follow Minion Works' photography standards and shooting procedures
Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments
Communicate professionally with clients, homeowners, and our team
Travel to properties throughout the Reno/Sparks area and surrounding communities
Upload completed media according to company procedures and deadlines

Requirements

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — required for employment
Reliable vehicle and transportation
Valid driver's license
Local to the Reno/Sparks area
Dependable and punctual
Strong communication and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently
Photography experience preferred
Willingness to learn and follow Minion Works' shooting style and standards
Personal photography equipment is not required — equipment can be provided

FAA Part 107 Requirement An FAA Part 107 certification is required for employment because drone photography is an important part of our real estate media services.
Candidates who do not currently have their Part 107 may obtain the certification during the hiring process. Obtaining your Part 107 certification does not guarantee employment.
For candidates who are hired, Minion Works will reimburse the cost of obtaining the Part 107 certification after 90 days of employment.

Our photographers represent Minion Works while working inside our clients' listings, so professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and reliability are extremely important.
