Explore One Media is looking for a creative and reliable Creative Specialist (CS) to join our growing team.

This is a part-time or full-time flexible role for someone who is passionate about photography, videography, storytelling, and content creation. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates well, takes ownership of their work, and can represent the company professionally on every shoot.

Our projects range across real estate, branding, social media content, businesses, lifestyle shoots, and creative productions throughout South Florida.

What You’ll Do

Photograph and film a variety of client projects and productions capturing high-quality photo, video, and drone content
Represent Explore One Media professionally on-site with clients and assist with creative direction and support when needed
Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment responsibly
Upload footage, organize files, and communicate important shoot details for post-production (no editing)
Travel frequently throughout South Florida for shoots and content days
Follow company operational procedures and communication expectations consistently

What We’re Looking For

Experience with cameras, videography, photography, and content creation
Sony camera experience preferred
Strong creative eye and attention to detail
Excellent communication and timely responsiveness
Reliable, punctual, organized, proactive
A good human with good energy
Ability to problem solve and stay calm under pressure
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Experience operating drone equipment preferred
FAA Part 107 certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification during onboarding
Based in South Florida with reliable transportation and flexible work schedule
Comfortable driving frequently for shoots throughout South Florida
High-speed internet access

Work Hours & Compensation

Minimum average of 15 hours for part-time and 30 hours for full-time per week
W2 position and pay range: $25-$32/hour based on experience
Standard availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
Hours and scheduling will vary based on production volume and shoot schedules
Weekends and overtime may be required
Schedules vary every day and week

Physical Requirements

Moving throughout properties and production locations
Standing and driving for extended periods
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Operating cameras, drones, gimbals, and light equipment
Reviewing media files for quality and accuracy
Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements
