We've photographed thousands of properties throughout Chicagoland, and we're looking for someone excited to help us photograph thousands more!

What You'll Do

Travel to beautiful homes and properties throughout Chicagoland
Capture professional real estate photography, video, drone footage, and 3D tours
Interact with real estate agents and homeowners while delivering our signature 7/7-star service
Help agents feel confident and comfortable when filming on camera
Follow simple shooting checklists and company procedures
Prepare equipment, manage appointments, and communicate with our team
Upload your footage to our editing team — you shoot, we edit!

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a professional photographer. You DO need to be someone we can count on.

Live in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs
Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Be friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to new people
Be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Have strong communication and customer service skills
Be comfortable driving between properties and working on your feet
Be coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
Be able to provide consistent daytime availability during the week
Have access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet
Be willing to obtain your FAA Part 107 drone license

Photography, videography, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required.

Drone Training: We'll provide study resources and guidance to help you prepare for your FAA Part 107 certification. You don't need to be licensed before applying.

Pay + Schedule

$25–$35/hour depending on experience and qualifications
$0.50 per eligible business mile for mileage reimbursement
Flexible, variable-hour schedule based on client bookings
Paid hands-on training
All professional production equipment provided
Opportunities for additional hours as client demand grows

A Quick Note About Scheduling

This is a variable-hour position, meaning your weekly hours will depend on client demand and the availability you provide.

Hours are not guaranteed, and some weeks may be busier than others.

You'll provide your availability in advance, and our scheduling team will assign shoots accordingly.

The more consistent availability you provide, the more opportunities we'll generally have to schedule you as bookings allow.

We're looking for team members who can offer dependable weekday availability and are excited to build a long-term relationship with our company.
