The Videographer/Photographer/Editor is responsible for shooting and editing video and photography for projects that support and communicate Harris County Precinct 4’s mission and values. The primary responsibility of this role will be either as editor or as videographer/ photographer as determined by division needs. • Knowledge of photography techniques.
