The Photo Admin assists the Manager, Area Photography & Operations in managing daily photography operations, coordinates and maintains weekly photography schedule as well as assists with onboarding and support of the Photography team. Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesLearns and understands the needs and constraints of each school/photography location as well as the photography program knowledge and skills of Photographers to appropriately apply this knowledge when creating photography schedules to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality, positive Picture Day experiences. Maintains current knowledge and ability to operate all cameras, lenses, accessories, and photographic equipment, in addition to selecting appropriate equipment, based on job and program type. Escalates issues or concerns to the Photography Supervisor(s) or Photography Manager(s) as instructed. Safeguards and properly handling job bags and photography equipment as well as cleans and provides general care for equipment.
