Photography and Videography Specialist

To be successful in this role, you will need: • Experience with photography and videography, including brand storytelling and narrative techniques • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Strong communication and project management skills • Familiarity with file formats, color correction, and post-production processes • Understanding of LGBTQIA+ lifestyle and culture, and ability to create authentic and respectful content • Proficiency in capturing photos and videos that meet the desired aesthetic and style • Knowledge of Texas locations and ability to travel within the state as needed You will have the freedom to bring your own creative vision and approach to the projects, while still meeting the requirements and expectations of the role. As a valued partner, you will have access to Kind Clinic's Creative Team for input and direction on casting and work coordination. Deliverables will include 30-50 total assets, consisting of mostly photos with some video content. The ideal vendor will be able to provide their experience and qualifications, references to relevant work, and an overall rate for the position, including any travel expenses.
