Timeless Photo is a locally owned photography and media preservation company based in Boise, Idaho. We specialize in school photography, studio photography, film developing, photo printing, and digital archiving services that help families preserve and relive their memories for generations.

We work with everything from modern digital photography to vintage media formats including film, VHS tapes, slides, negatives, photos, Super 8 film, and more. Our environment is creative, fast-paced, and focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join our growing team full-time.

Position Overview

The Photo Lab & Archiving Specialist will assist customers, process media orders, scan and digitize photos and film, help with studio photography tasks, and support day-to-day production inside our photo lab.

No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right person. We are primarily looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys photography, technology, creative work, organization, and helping preserve important memories.

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday–Friday

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekends Off

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

Scanning photos, negatives, slides, and film
Assisting with digital archiving projects
Processing customer orders and preparing finished products
Assisting with studio photography sessions
Organizing and handling customer media carefully and accurately
Editing and preparing digital image files
Packaging and delivering completed orders
Assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and by email
Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the lab and studio
Learning and operating photography and media equipment

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable working with computers and technology
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn new systems and processes
Interested in photography, film, creative work, or media preservation

Experience in photography, editing, or photo labs is a bonus, but not required.

Pay

Pay depends on experience (DOE)

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
