About the position Responsibilities • Assist photographers on-set, working closely with the equipment manager, to make sure all photographer needs are met • Help the equipment manager maintain the studio equipment and ensure the studio is kept tidy and organized • Deliver gear, and help set up and break down sets • Assist in training and mentoring the photo fellow • Step in to shoot on set as needed • Input metadata and help with deliverables to brands Requirements • A bachelor's degree required, preferably in photography, or equivalent work experience • At least 1 year previous assisting experience in a studio environment • Knowledgeable about photography and comfortable working with a variety of studio equipment • Proficient in Photoshop and Capture One • Self-motivated and deadline-driven • Ability to multitask and anticipate needs • Flexible and adaptable to changes in direction and workflow
