You are solution oriented with focused follow through. You will be the liaison between our sales/production team, photographers and schools. Your job is to ensure timely and successful delivery of all products and services to our schools as well as support our school sales efforts. A successful account manager will assure a happy school and photographer by understanding and delivering requested products and services in a timely, friendly and positive manner. Manage customer questions and needs including schools and parent purchases- ability to train and supervise seasonal customer service staff to help in this effort.
