Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Photography & E-Commerce Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in product photography, e-commerce management, and visual storytelling within the home design industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home decor, especially vintage, antiques, and fine art statement pieces, and a keen eye for aesthetics. This paid internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in digital marketing, product presentation, and online sales strategies while working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in capturing high-quality photographs of home decor items, including vintage pieces, antiques, and fine art statement pieces, ensuring they are visually appealing for online listings.Edit and enhance images to meet brand standards and optimize them for e-commerce platforms.Support the upload and organization of product images and descriptions on various online marketplaces and company websites.Contribute to creating engaging product descriptions that highlight the unique qualities of each item.Collaborate with the team to develop visual content that aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing campaigns.Help maintain an organized digital catalog of inventory images and product details.Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing strategies and promotional content related to home design products.Qualifications

Passion for home design, especially vintage, antiques, and fine art statement pieces.Basic photography skills with an understanding of lighting, composition, and editing software is preferred.Strong interest in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing practices.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant program such as photography, digital media, interior design, or related fields is a plus.Schedule & Compensation

Location: Bellaire, TXSchedule:Two 4-hour in-person shifts per week (8 hours total)Pay: $15/hour for in-person internship hoursAdditional work: $3 per completed remote e-commerce listingThis paid internship is an excellent stepping stone for individuals passionate about combining photography, e-commerce, and home decor into a rewarding career path.Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
