Photography Instructor

Photography Instructor (Part-Time Faculty Pool) Desirable Qualifications • Experience incorporating elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion into instruction and service; • Recent experience working with underrepresented student populations and understanding of how historical patterns of exclusion shape student outcomes; • Willingness to examine and remediate instructional practices to better engage and support diverse students; • Related work and professional experience; • Experience working with students from various cultural, age, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds; • Ability to facilitate multicultural communication and support high-need students; • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff to enhance instruction and student success; • Knowledge of current assessment methods and materials; • Knowledge of the community college and its mission and goals.
