Master's degree in Art, Fine Art, or related field, OR a master's degree in another field and a minimum of 27 graduate quarter (or 18 semester) hours in the primary field to be taught; OR equivalency. New Part-time Faculty begin at Step 1 of the pay scale, with steps being 'rolled' once per term, if eligible.
