Here's most of what you'll be doing: • You'll receive comprehensive training in post-production best practices: • We will provide you with LR presets and templates and training on how to manage and optimize workflow • We will provide training on all areas of photo metadata management Organizational Duties/Tasks: • You will be given a folder with pre-selected images in Lightroom • Incorporate the provided SEO keywords in the renaming process to match what is depicted in each image • Use tools and intuition to select appropriate, optimized image file names • Follow a disciplined workflow to ensure all standards are met • Create and maintain and follow a workflow system that allows for locating files quickly and seamlessly within Dropbox • Export, optimize and upload certain images: • Export multiple versions for various mediums according to specific marketplace guidelines • Reduce file size for faster web loading • Within WordPress & Stock Websites: • Make sure image dimensions match the image size as displayed • Keyword research on stock sites to increase the likelihood of search placement • Ensure all appropriate MetaData comes through • Other relevant duties or tasks as assigned Our ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to execute instructions exceptionally well (you'll be working autonomously, so we need a self-starter who gets things done efficiently) • You're not only creative, but you're also HIGHLY organized and able to manage files well (this is the highest requirement) • You have your own computer and Adobe Lightroom Classic as part of Creative Cloud (not absolutely required... will provide for the correct candidate) • Competency in WordPress is a big bonus Email us with why you are an ideal candidate.
