As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in... preparation for listing to our website. What You Get To Do Everyday • Help oversee up to 10 employees on the Photography team to coach them to meet units per hour (UPH) standards week over week • Train new employees to meet UPH standards, planning, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance, coaching and developing employees, and problem-solving • Answer daily questions regarding studio policies, up-to-date style guidelines, category UPHs, Expediting standard operating procedures (SOPs’) and training SOPs • Assist in the setup of the studio when needed which may include lights, cameras, lens or any other equipment that helps the studio run • Assist with photography production as needed • Assisting with various tasks to help the studio run effectively and efficiently while maintaining TRR standards • * This role is performed in a studio with flashing lights of varying frequency and intensity and requires the use of multiple screens (camera, laptop, monitors, etc.) To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
