Photography Lead

What You Get To Do Every Day • Help oversee up to 10 employees on the Photography team to coach them to meet units per hour (UPH) standards week over week • Train new employees to meet UPH standards, planning, assigning and directing work, evaluating performance, coaching and developing employees, and problem-solving • Answer daily questions regarding studio policies, up-to-date style guidelines, category UPHs, Expediting standard operating procedures (SOPs’) and training SOPs • Assist in the setup of the studio when needed which may include lights, cameras, lens or any other equipment that helps the studio run • Assist with photography production as needed • Assisting with various tasks to help the studio run effectively and efficiently while maintaining TRR standards • * This role is performed in a studio with flashing lights of varying frequency and intensity and requires the use of multiple screens (camera, laptop, monitors, etc.) What You Bring To The Role • Minimum 1 year of experience working in ecommerce warehouse or production setting, achieving hourly quotas • Strong leadership aptitude and a desire to grow into a management role • Ability to work well independently, but lead by example in a team environment • Outstanding oral and verbal communication; comfortability with cross functional communication • Positive and encouraging demeanor with ability to motivate others • Ability to read and understand KPIs and Looker reports • Internal candidates must have positive KPI’s and productivity metrics Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
