Photography Lead, Shopbop

Develop and maintain Photography style guides for Shopbop’s on and off figure photo studios; Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Professional photography portfolio that demonstrates an expert-level knowledge of digital photography, including lighting, composition, color quality and aesthetics; • Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial studio photography; • Photography degree or equivalent industry experience; • Exhaustive knowledge of common digital capture platforms (Canon/Nikon DSLRs, medium format systems, and RED); various lighting environments (strobe, HMI, fluorescent, and LED); • Fluency in Capture One, Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom; • Extensive documented experience in commercial shooting, across an array of client environments, including editorial, catalog, advertising and e-commerce; • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization, planning, and task delegation under tight deadlines; • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines; • Experience successfully leading teams/functions through change; • Proficiency in color management policies and understanding of basic file management automation practices; • Video capture expertise; • Obsession with delighting customers; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131,200/year in our highest geographic market. Amazon is a total compensation company.
