Responsibilities will also include identifying and vetting new vendors as well as maintaining relationships and retainers (where applicable) with existing vendors. Qualifications & KSAs An employee in this position, upon appointment, should have the equivalent of the following : • Must have expert vendor management and negotiation skills and ability to work with suppliers on issues related to pricing and terms of delivery. • Knowledge of top talent in terms of directors • Solid understanding of the creative vision • Keep up with current trends, types of files • Knowledge of luxury interior design and soft goods • Expert knowledge of photography, Photoshop, videography and the creative development process. • Must be highly detail-oriented • Negotiation and budget management skills • Strong ability to multi-task / juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently • Must have a clean, valid driver license • Ability to travel by car or by plane approximately 50% of the time (primarily to L.A. and N.Y.C.)
