Photography manager

We are looking for a Photography Manager who loves to mentor and lead a team through positivity and example. Photography Manager will thrive in this position if you are self-motivated, able to meet strict deadlines and love photography and working with children. Job Description : This position will oversee a team of Photographers and handle the finances of a given territory. Your duties will include : • Coordinate and schedule Photographers and Photographer Assistants for photoshoots at schools • Assure all schedules including sports are properly entered in our customer relationship management software (CRM) • Upload images for yearbooks through various publishing sites • Coordinate and execute training plan for Photographers and Photographer Assistants • Inventory control of all existing photography equipment and order new equipment when needed • Manage labor costs, approve hours and customer expenses • Recruit, interview and recommend Photographers and Photographer Assistants for positions within the territory • Create accountability and communication plan for territory personnel utilizing Microsoft Office 365 group chat software called TEAMs • Visit photoshoots and photograph as needed • Always provides the highest level of customer service
