The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion and knowledge for photography, strong background in team management and the ability to use data and communication to drive performance and results. · Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage across all events and efficient use of resources. · Design and implement effective training programs to maintain quality and consistency across all events. · A Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Business Administration, Communication, Computer Science, Management or a related field preferred or commensurate photography experience. · 3 to 5 years’ experience in photography operations with experience in staff management, including hiring, training and performance evaluation and equipment management preferred.
