Seeking a Photography Manager to lead and grow a 30+ team of photographers and support staff across a wide range of event photography services, including sports, social events, graduations, proms and preschool/daycare photography. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staffing, training, event execution, quality control, and team performance. Maintain high standards for photographic quality and delivery service to ensure exceptional customer experience. Motivate and incentivize staff to meet and exceed performance and sales goals. 3 to 5 years' experience of leadership or operations management experience in photography, events, hospitality or a related fast-paced service industry.
