Photography Manager

You will be accountable for team performance, appointment deadlines, media quality, and consistent adherence to company standards. Lead, coach, and manage a team of 8-10 photographers, providing regular guidance, support, and feedback to drive high-quality performance and adherence to company standards  Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to build and retain a high-performing photography team Develop and implement efficient workflows that improve field productivity, appointment coverage, and service delivery while maintaining quality standards  Conduct regular quality audits across all media deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand standards; provide timely coaching and feedback as needed Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive service experience throughout the appointment process Review KPIs, scorecards, appointment lead times, and team performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and create clear action plans Champion process improvement and emerging technology, including AI-enabled tools, to reduce manual effort, improve team productivity, and maintain quality consistency  Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technical issues related to equipment and software; troubleshoot problems and coordinate with IT support to resolve issues promptly  Partner with internal teams, including logistics, sales, customer support, training, and product stakeholders, to coordinate appointments, address client needs, escalate issues, and ensure seamless service delivery Travel frequently within the assigned region, with occasional travel to the Richmond, VA office as required  Basic Qualifications: However, please note that CoStar Group is not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
